The story so far...
A little design exercise, pimping an old Premier 2000 snare drum (re-covered in 501 jeans, plus various lug-inserts) !
Another experimental design: This time we treated the original Chequer Snare to a little black number, with the lug inserts
depicting the Vintage Trouble logo to finish it off rather nicely! Neither of the above 2 snare drums are for sale, we just want
to show you the endless custom options possible with our unique lug design!

The original Chequer Snare, 14"x5.5" aluminium shell, Nickelworks strainer and our unique C-thru lugs...
...which inspired the Clear Snare: 14"x7" RCI shell, as clear as it gets!
Then a certain football tournament last summer led to the 2010 / LST8 model, with interchangeable lug inserts!
The 14" x 7" Clear Snare then transformed into the prototype LED Snare last winter.
